I have noticed since having the amalgams taken out of my teeth that I have had an increase in energy.  I am able to do more things without being winded, going up the stairs, walking, etc.  My saliva also has a neutral taste to it, before it tasted like I had a fork in my mouth all the time.  Foods taste better, and spices are more distinct.

The ringing in my ears has stopped as well as headaches.  I used to have a headache every day.  Now I only have them when the weather changes.  I also have noticed I sleep better.  My allergies this year have also been much better.  No sinus infections!  My mouth feels lighter and my overall well being is much improved!  I am so elated to have done this for myself.  Thank you White Oak Dental.
